First Time Kong i-track kinakain ko
I've been wondering bakit di ako pumapayat even after working out and reducing what I was eating. Dito ko narealize na kulang pala pagbawas ko ng food and masyado ako sa carbs 😅 I almost filled this up kahit di pa ko kumakain ng dinner.
Time to plan my diet better...
