Ok guys so basically I’m stuck figuring out what I want to do. I graduated with a bachelors in psych about 4 years ago, but never ended up doing anything with it. I have no actual work experience that will get me hired or technical skills I’ve mostly been working warehouse at Amazon and now it’s starting to catch up as I’m 27 and still don’t know what I can use my degree. I do know degrees these days don’t mean much and you can pivot into any field, I’ve been looking at project management certificates or even learning excel as a way to maybe get luckier getting called for an interview, but for the most is their any other advice on what I could do with my psych degree, in the past hr seemed like a good option, but also with AI just seems harder.

Hello everyone so I guess I am considered a heritage speaker by definition. Both my parents are Mexican and I grew up only speaking Spanish at home, but the thing is I can get by communicating and talking in Spanish but it’s basically like I only know basic Spanish at home not at a level you learn at home. There’s words when I’m talking and get corrected confusing them and trying to replace them with something that would sound like an English word translated to Spanish. I basically feel like I’m talking at an elementary school level where I only enough words to get by but I feel like I only basic level grammar and vocabulary. My grammar is something I never practiced, I used to go to Spanish catholic school which was also in Spanish so I feel like I can read decent, but I still feel like my Spanish is basic conversational instead of fluent like if I were to talk to a native speaker in Mexico instead of my parents it would be a lot more different. Would a tutor help in this situation? Like I said my parents come from a poorer part of Mexico as well so I feel like they’re vocabulary isn’t as strong and many times they have ended up not correcting me when I can’t find a certain word in Spanish since they can also kind of understand English.

Alright I know you guys have heard this before but yesterday I went to strip club alone I was bored af and my original date flaked. I never really go and got a dance with one of the dancers. I think most dances are like 40 which I gave her the only thing is she might have extended the dance and charged me 60 so maybe I got finessed a bit. Regardless after we talked for a bit and asked for my number, after we texted for a bit and she said we should hang out, obviously I’m skeptical but I said sure we should sometimes just hang out but I kept it to something more like a fun casual date. The conversation died after she said she’s usually busy so I assumed maybe she was building rapport to see her again but today she texted me saying her plans fell through and if I was free to hang out. What do you vets think should I be weary or go for it.
