Is this to much meat?
Recently made this meal prep. I know its super boring but Its easy for me to follow. Im currently eating meal 1 and 2 twice a day and breakfast once. With a protein shake im sitting at about 2,660cal a day. Im supper satiated all day but I started worrying if its to much meat for one person to digest in a day. Any suggestions are appreciated.
Breakfast
