TCL C6K Google TV keeps asking me to set up Google TV again every few days
I recently bought a TCL C6K with Google TV, and I'm having a strange issue.
Every 2-3 days, Google TV acts like it hasn't been set up and asks me to go through the Google TV setup process again. I have to sign in and complete the setup all over again.
The weird part is that nothing else is being reset:
- My apps remain installed
- YouTube stays signed in
- Wi-Fi settings remain saved
- TV settings stay the same
So the TV is clearly not factory resetting itself. It seems like only the Google TV setup state is being lost.
The TV is fully updated.
Has anyone else experienced this on a TCL Google TV, especially the C6K? If so, were you able to fix it?
Any help would be appreciated.
