- My card was used to pay for a membership renewal recently without my authorization.

- Bank says I was supposed to cancel based on the "merchant's terms and conditions" but I can't cancel a transaction on an account I don't have access to.

- I disputed the transaction a second time.

- Bank says I need to provide "new" evidence/documentation about this.

- Sam's Club says because there's no account with my phone number on it, therefore they couldn't confirm in writing anything about the transaction.

- Bank says I should file a police report or get documentation from Sam's.

- Last year my card was used to purchase pizza at the Cafe at different Sams location, but I never had a Sam's Club and don't have other transaction from Sams.

Any help figuring out how this happened or how to solve?

Tried to dispute a transaction that said “sams club renewal”. I never had a Sams Club membership and the only Sams club transaction was for food a year prior.

Reach out to the bank through Apple. They finally said:
“The investigation department reach the merchant and determine the following: Based on available information, we determined the transaction was not canceled in accordance with the merchant's terms and conditions.” And also that if there wasn’t any new documentation provided, the decision wouldn’t change. But I don’t even have a sam’s club account.

I reopened the dispute. How do I make sure I get this solved?

EDIT: My old transaction was at Sams club location A, just for the little food court they had where i got pizza. The membership transaction was from another Sams club at location B.
