I have a significant balance on my apple card and always pay it 100% usually before its even due. I recently had major work on my property and paid 3 large payments w the card- apple put a security hold on my account-ok-but when I called to verify it was legit AND prior to calling had paid 100% of the balance they put on a security hold on my account and CS was useless. So-use your credit-pay it 100% in advance-get suspended. Great optics Apple! Not-So-Much
I’m starting fresh & Apple Pay came in clutch. Still have at least a grand left to spend on furniture.
Now I need to save up before July 31st for no interest.
Since having the card last year, I paid zero interest & want to continue to keep my streak.
Caveat: this is 99% me venting over my own ignorance. I don’t usually take the payments down to the wire but I thought I had a few hours left… but I’m on PST. Only a few bucks of interest but it really grinds my gears.
It’s probably a stupid question but is there some technical/logistical reason why the deadline for payment has to be EST? It’s 2026, surely a bank could implement a rolling time zone so that payments are always due at 23:59 no matter where you are. When I buy something on sale from like Amazon it expires in my time zone. Would that be too difficult to implement?
Just got my first credit score and decided to see if I can get apple card. Got qualified for $2500 credit and I just want to know if it's something worth pursuing as a high school student before accepting the offer
I use my card for my spend budget, including gas and groceries. Every pay period I pay $900.
I have car issues and have had to use it so I haven’t been able to pay it down to $0 like I used to as I try to get my car straightened out.
That said - I paid $900 on Thursday. It immediately showed available amount of $900 + what was already available.
I got gas went grocery shopping, ran errands and spent $473. But my available balance today is showing only $396, and new spending is showing $648.53.
What am I missing? This hasn’t happened before.
I’m in dire need of a replacement iPhone. Used my Apple Credit Card to get it replaced and it’s been a few days and the charge still hasn’t been posted, so Apple won’t ship out the phone till it’s posted with Goldman Sachs. Two different representatives said it can take up to July 8th 2026 to post. Mind you I made the purchase on June 30th online with Apple Support. So it’s going to take 8 days to post before apple can ship it out. I never heard of such a long time to post a purchase. Ridiculous!! Goldman Sachs says there is nothing they can do. I cancelling this credit card asap. Ridiculous and unheard of. Should of used my Chase Visa
I’m hoping someone here has firsthand experience with this.
I’m applying for a student visa in the EU/Schengen region. My application was deemed inadmissible because I submitted Apple Savings (Goldman Sachs) bank statements that I downloaded as PDFs and printed myself. The embassy said they were not considered “original” bank statements.
I’ve already contacted Apple Support and escalated the issue, but because Apple Savings is a digital-only bank with no physical branches, I’m unsure what options actually exist. The current estimated response time is 7–10 business days.
Has anyone successfully obtained any of the following from Apple Savings/Goldman Sachs?
Thanks!
I just paid my balance twice because I scheduled the same payment two weeks apart. The app provides no visual cues when one or more scheduled payments are pending. It also has no methods for detecting or preventing a duplicate payment amount on the same day. The only thing Apple Card does is send you an email when you schedule the payment. That’s it. And once it’s been processed there is nothing Goldman Sachs will do to stop the duplicate payment (apart from referring you to your bank).
IMO, this is a bug that should be addressed by Apple. But until they do I will avoid using the scheduled payments feature as it can have severe financial consequences.
did what needed to be done 🫡
My mom had sent me 3 dollars through apple pay and when i checked the app It confirmed that she had sent me the money but i never received it and on her side it did take away the money from her i don’t know what to do and i want my 3 dollars.
Sorry for my bad grammer.
When I called today to find out since I keep getting emails that I’m pre approved, they were not able to tell me what the reason for the account closure was. Just said that the account was closed because of not following term of service..
Data point: Apple Card approved with ITIN as a non-resident, and I have never stepped foot in the US.
I have been trying to apply for the Apple Card for around 2 years. Most attempts ended with a denial email and adverse action letter.
Exactly 4 months ago, Apple offered me the Path to Apple Card program. The reason was high utilization. They asked me to bring my utilization below $1,500 and keep it there.
I kept utilization low for the full 4 months. Today I received the email saying I completed Path to Apple Card and could apply again.
I applied while connected to Red Pocket roaming data and got instantly approved for a $9,000 limit.
No US ID was asked.
Profile:
Non-resident
ITIN starts with 999
Credit history 2 years
FICO in the 760s
Existing total personal credit limits: $9,350
I am not accepting the card right now because I have other priorities. This was mainly a test to see if Path to Apple Card actually works for an ITIN/non-resident profile.
From my data point, if Apple offers Path to Apple Card and you complete the exact requirements, the approval seems very strong.
Also worth noting: Apple Card currently does not accept newer ITINs starting with 90, My ITIN starts with 999.
I added $42 dollars last night and only have 19.74 this morning. There is no pending charges. It doesn't show where it went, just gone.

AppleCard has a simple interface and straightforward rewards system that is adequate to say the least. I have other cards but this is one of my favorites.
For context, I daily drive the card and have had it since its inception in August 2019.
