… Finally , maybe !

Those of you that remember my previous post here. I finally got it . I came to the consensus the reasons for Denial are completely BS and theres no actual underwriting department. Every time I apply i had a different reason for denial to which none made sense . Nonetheless after 2 more tries , i got denied bevause “they couldn’t verify my identity”, even though i ised all the same information for all applications. None the less , i got it finally … Yay.. 😂😂

All i can do is laugh atp

Trying to order this new iPhone 18 pro max through Apple card installments @ 0%. Then got denied 🥲🫪… for the 5th time in two years. All i can do is laugh , mind you i dont think i ever been denied for a card before, let alone 5 times by the same company . Yet my little brother thats 20 and barely working had his for 2 years now ..

EDIT/Clarification. I only applied to finance the new iPhone at 0% through them so it can be unlocked as i travel often between 2 countries and have 2 active phone lines . I have an above average credit score and profile. Never had an issue getting approved for anythin over my 8 years credit history . From my Amex blue card ,20k line of credit ,I literally just financed a Tesla at an introductory rate directly from them .But I cant qualify for ……. An apple card. Which prompted the post

Apple card is the bottom of the barrel in terms of a functioning credit card. I am more shocked that they denied be for those bogus reasons then anything else

Cross border banking

Hey guys , so I will keep this short . I have banking relationships with TD CANADA and TD USA as a Canadian . I was able to open up an account there and was able to also apply for a credit card . The USD credit card does not appear nowhere on my Canadian Credit Report , even though my Canadian credit was what was considered to open the account. I am on my second month of being unable to pay that said USD credit card and I am a bit scared as to what the rammifications will be. I have always been on top of my credit , except this one obviously , but I will admit , since it does not show up on my Canadian report I let the balance get way too high . Can they magically add it to my Canadian credit report ? Can they seize my $876 I have in my USD account. I know how it typically works , but the fact that it is not reported nowhere I am unsure .
