I have a collection of comics I'm looking to sell.
Circa 2009-2011; DC primarily and looking to sell at a fair price but as a joblot.
Any advice or guidance is appreciated. Most are still in their sleeves, none are certified which I know is a deterrent but I'm doing some spring cleaning :)

I'm looking for some different opinions on a situation I'm currently experiencing with my partner.
I (45M) met my partner (50F) online earlier in the year online. I live in South Africa and she lives in Sweden and we decided to throw caution to the wind and I jumped on a plane and flew to spend approx. 3 weeks with her in Sweden and in Italy for her birthday during May of this year.
It ended up being, to my mind, a wonderful 3 weeks and we are in daily, regular conversation and planning next trips and seeing how we can make this long distance relationship work.
To the question I have, despite traveling across continents, near on 12000 kms all told, making sure I could be there for her birthday and doing everything I could to be there, she constantly and regularly brings up the fact that when her friends ask her what I got her for her birthday (it was a milestone 50th birthday) she says well he didn't bring me any gift.
Which annoys me no end because again, here is a guy who had only known her for a couple of months who travelled as I did to be there, when by her own admission she has not often had someone with her for her birthday yet all she remembers is what I'd don't bring.
What am I missing? Apparently effort means nothing compared to a shiny thing and I fear that this is all she will ever want. I value experiences over possessions where I get more and more that for her possessions are more valuable than experience.
I don't want to say who is right or wrong, just need some insights or ideas because I'm not understanding this.

Just to add some context and more background to an already long post. We first started talking in December of last year and more seriously in Feb of this year. I wasn't able to get to her actual birthday in March but did send her 100 roses as a gift.
We then decided on the May trip so that I could be there at least for her party in Italy. I did also bring a gift (gold ring, with an African symbol on it). I also ensured that at her party I had more roses ready for her but to what someone points out, she has said well everyone knows that roses are not that expensive. The ring was a gift as something to have and also to make the reference to Africa.

I'm looking at flights from Copenhagen to Johannesburg in September and I see that the transit times in Zurich are generally under 1hr.
Having never traveled through Zurich Airport, I want to ask is this enough time for someone to get to the connecting flight?
Flight options seem to indicate anything from 45 mins to 55 mins transit.
It would be one person traveling so not too many cats to herd :)

I lived in Copenhagen from July 2023 to July 2024 and am actively looking to return. I am originally from South Africa and currently based there.
I have 20+ years in project management in both the advertising and software development industries yet, like so many right now, am finding it extremely difficult to even get a reply or interview let alone a job there.
I know that having a strong network in Denmark is often key to success in Denmark yet even with contacts at Novo, Lego and Arla, the responses have not been forthcoming so I am wondering if using the unsolicited application option works with Danish companies? I have seen mixed comments on this, online and am looking to explore all options to get back to Copenhagen and Denmark at large. I know that connecting with people on LinkedIn is also key and would pair this the unsolicited applications.
