Hey all, I'm an old gmod player (really old, I started when wiremod was in its infancy).

Struggling to figure out if s&box actually has a build mode like standard gmod sandbox mode? Is there anything similar at the moment? I don't expect anything like wiremod to exist already, just the basic sandbox environment. I'd like to work on a wiremod plugin if there isn't already one, but I'm not interested in developing the actual sandbox itself.

I remember seeing videos with grav gun style tools and such, but it's hard to tell what's actually available in 1.0

For someone living in a cold climate, could a boiler cupboard be used to knock out two birds with one stone (it's out of the way + has warmer temps)?

The main concern would be that boiler cupboards are usually really dusty and made of untreated wood. Would cleaning up such a cupboard (vacuum+wiping down surfaces), make it a good location for spawning + s2b? Any tips on getting such an area clean enough? I was thinking just vacuuming + dusting + wiping with a water/soap solution.
