First setup

Hi!

I know the world of vinyl is pretty crazy and everyone recommends different things. I like clear audio, but i wouldn’t call myself a total audiophile - as long as it doesn’t sound too muddy i’m fine with it.

Heres the question - I have 300€ to spend on my first setup, i can go over the budget but gf wouldn’t approve.. :D Is an Edifier 1280DB + ATLp60x a good combo for a starter?

TIA

Zoloft not working for me?

Hi all, I am a 23/M, have been taking Zoloft since late January. This write-up is a little hectic and i apologise in advance since English is not my first language.

It all began when I had a panic attack which led to a crazy derealisation episode in January. It was my first panic attack and it all felt really new and scary. Went to a GP and got prescribed with Zoloft and Mirtazapan right then and there.

First 4 days I took 25mg, then bumped up to 50mg Zoloft. For Mirtazapan I’ve been taking 7.5mg daily.
For the past month I’ve been taking 100mg Zoloft and still 7.5mg Mirtazapan for sleep - this was prescribed when I talked to my GP about the 50mg not being helpful.

On 100mg my day-to-day life is a little less anxious, but I still zone out and get scared daily - about the world ending, my heart stopping, health issues (which i dont have) etc… I feel like Im going insane and don’t really want to leave the house as a result.

My anxiety and panic attacks get crazy when I have to travel between Uni and my hometown, It’s just a one hour drive but it still makes me feel really bad - both while traveling and also 1-2 days before hitting the road.

Another note that I should add is that my doc prescribed me Pregabalin as well, and told me to take it whenever I start feeling really anxious… I’ve taking it ~6 times and never felt that it helped.

What should I do? I’m thinking of changing my GP because the reviews for my current ones are pretty bad. Maybe another doctor could prescribe me a better treatment?

TL;DR - on Zoloft for ~4 months, taking my doses every day at the same time - still feel sad/scared/anxious daily.
