I have 2 ps5's one is occasionally updated and played on and my other is on firmware 3.00

I put a few ps4 back ups as their wasn't a way to play ps5 back ups a couple years ago when i last touched the console.

Just wondering what is the current best firmware to update my 3.00 up to / way to play ps5 back-ups is please?

i've tried going onto modded warfare's youtube but i'm so out of the loop at the moment i have no idea where to start.
