My problem with Planet Crackers

I really enjoy the idea of using the Colossus, but I wish using such a devastating weapon would influence the AI to surrender a bit more. Like I wish it would scale up the more developed the planet you destroyed was.

It’s a cool idea, but the colossus it self feels like it has less punch than it should politically.

Coming back after break since machine age

I really enjoyed the Machine Age DLC but decided to take a break to play some other single player games. Coming back, I am really struggling to grasp the changes being made to the game particularly scaling the economy, pop management, and how the new districts and specializations work. I tend to enjoy playing tech rushing empires or fully aggressive slaver empires.

Do you guys have any tips or guide recommendations for me to look at?
