After 20 years or of firing up BBQ, I've come to the point where keeping it simple is the way to go.
Got it down to kosher salt/coarse black pepper, lawrys for beef...And k salt/coarse b pepper, brown sugar for pork. With a 2 to 1 ratio on the pepper/salt. Apple juice spritz on both. No need for anything else in the rub...Anyone else?.

Does anybody yell "Fore!" anymore?
Buddy got hit a few weeks ago while we were driving to next tee. No fore!, no "hey sorry"..nothing. Last week we got hit into from another group teeing off on next hole over.. rolled right passed the cart...they were looking right at us as it rolled by and when they drove up...not a word. Had another close one yesterday...and nothing. I had to yell it twice mysrlf yesterday, and apologized when I got up to them near thier tee box.

My set up....
Took some trial and error to find a happy spot for the Univibe. I like to run it on Vibe with the other vibe pedal on the board. Makes a nice combo. The Joyo dyna comp I've had for 10+ years, prob my favorite pedal. I have quite a few other pedals that make it onto the board from time to time.

F*** this hole...lol
Not sure what the requirements are for a hole to be comforning, but I think this one just squeezes by....lol. Short par 5, about 450, 90⁰ dog leg left. About 220 to end of fairway, then anywhere from 180 to 230 or so down a ski slope to the green. Only problem is, the trees blocking your shot down. There are intermittent trees blocking the second shot. With only one larger opening , 30yds or so wide at the end of the fairway. Had eagle putt from just of back left of green, ended with up par..🙄 ."Top of the World" golf course, in Lake Geroge Ny.

Fired up some beef ribs.
Kept it simple, Salt/pepper and bit of Lawrys seasoning. 5 pepper, 2 salt , 1 Lawrys, and apple juice for spritz. Were in 8hrs at around 260 or so.
