Full Transition Theory?

Overview: I explained a theory months ago that shifting the natural dietary mineral balance for a pair of minerals in reverse could reverse aging and puberty. Now I believe that theory is very scientifically accurate, but of course there have been minimal studies done on factors that can explain the shrinking of the body because scientists do not like to do meaningful experiments without something profitable behind the method, and they also struggle with studies that would capture a wide range of qualities involving multiple nutrients. Lastly, they really do not want transgender people to have adequate treatment because it would cost a lot less. One part of my method is something that would allow male to female transition much more easily yet nobody knows about it even though it is a major part of the difference between male and female.

Remember that mineral balance is a very intricate topic and you should be cautious about dealing with these minerals. For example, a high level of selenium can deplete iodine and cause a serious energy deficit among other things, but because iodine is a growth promoter, we rather not focus on that here.

Theory: Two minerals are present in virtually every food - zinc and copper. It seems that every food except one has higher zinc than copper, and usually more than double. The only exception is the spice called Mace, but that's just a fun fact..... The only way to disrupt the dominance of zinc is to use supplementation, or have copper in your water that does not get filtered out. Copper cookware is common in India where they have higher copper intake and incidences of copper toxicity with children primarily.

Zinc deficiency is known to cause dwarfism that is treatable when zinc is supplemented. This is a well reported fact and people with this dwarfism look like children. Copper and zinc bind together and zinc can nullify and eliminate copper, preventing it from fully affecting the body. However, remember that copper is a mineral that the body stores up while zinc gets depleted every day It typically takes at least three days for copper to be eliminated by the body.

In my thorough studying of nutrition, I found copper especially capable of shrinking the body. Considering it is basically an opposing force to zinc, it seems like this balance is central to organisms maturing. However, copper is the most toxic essential mineral so it can't be taken alone.

At first, I thought the perfect detox and balancer for copper was molybdenum. Molybdenum removes copper, zinc and sulfides primarily and is faster acting than normal copper elimination, but zinc still ends up dominating in this detoxification. Molybdenum is important and I believe it is used to produce puberty blockers, but I have come to find (and remember because I actually used it first) that Selenium is the best mineral to compliment copper and keep it safe. Not only is it strongly anticancer and great for liver and metabolic health, but it actually is more powerful for decreasing body stature than copper. It both manages copper and synergizes with it. In fact, it also works well with zinc for improved health. (You still need to make sure you are getting enough zinc because it depletes every day, as previously mentioned and it is one of the most healing minerals, but you want to make it less dominant.)

The reason I brought up zinc deficiency is that all of these minerals use up or deplete zinc. In normal cases of zinc deficiency, phytates are the cause. This issue happens because people are consuming high amounts of grains and beans without meat or they are eating soil instead of food because they are so impoverished. Important to note that phosphorous would also be high in these populations, and zinc actually works closely with phosphorous to increase body growth among other things.

Because zinc is being depleted by copper, selenium and possibly molybdenum instead, we can expect more of a leaning toward shrinking instead of growing. Selenium and copper use zinc for homeostasis rather than growth. And meanwhile selenium and copper are decreasing stature. Phosphorus naturally shows up in diets just as much as copper and zinc, but as long as the growth reversal effects are there and zinc is not high, phosphorus levels are not something to worry much about.

Lastly, there is the phenomenon of cuproptosis. It is typically associated with disease states, but it is also acknowledged that it can be controlled by minerals that fight copper toxicity, the main ones being zinc, selenium, molybdenum and to some extent, iron. Cuproptosis is actually a quite modern discovery. In certain events, the body will gather high amounts of copper, but high enough supplementation of copper also produces this state. In this process, skeletal muscle is consumed by the body and bones are to some extent as well, but less studies have focused on the link to cuproptosis. The decrease in bone mass is a very rare trait usually only associated with osteoporosis, which is not what we want because it can lead to bone fractures and joint problems. Copper is the only mineral that will cause bone resorption, but also treat osteoperosis. Copper is actually one of the most valuable treatments for osteoperosis because it mineralizes bones so well.

And more about selenium... It is a powerful antioxidant, it detoxifies thyroid imbalances from iodine and can generate high amounts of energy in completing thyroid hormone. It accelerates the metabolism without the potential for increasing stature growth. It is the most antinflammatory mineral and also treats "metabolic syndrome", which is the range of diseases associated with obesity. It is a key ingredient to making whole grains, seeds and nuts healthy and is even present in bleached flours, but the highest sources in nature are brazil nuts and paradise nuts, which both have selenium levels so high that they can work like a supplement pill. And most importantly, it is also the most anticancerous nutrient.

Combined with all of this evidence and my experience of very distinctly shrinking when using selenium and copper and little else, I theorize that a diet focused around selenium and copper can shrink the body in a healthy way.

Additional Considerations:

I believe that estrogen and maybe progesterone are important to making the body younger. Copper is especially synergistic with estrogen , but so is zinc. Zinc will give you the more growth related side while copper would bring you closer to your innate state as high doses of estrogen have also been used to prevent girls from growing taller before and during puberty, and humans are initially female before differentiation. However, I might recommend instead to use weaker estrogens as well as the unique phytoestrogen found primarily in clover. It is quite symbolic that the clover could be the key to reverse aging as it was once mockingly used in the clovergender identity which was essentially transage/chronisian, but with the implication that it was a purely mental identity that would be used for "predators" to gain access to children. I really think that we should reclaim the clover as a fountain of youth and purity. However, clover is about as difficult to master as copper so I theorize weaker estrogens are probably a safer idea for de-aging.

For vitamins, vitamin A (preferably beta carotene, which is safest) and vitamin E seem most essential. There might be B vitamins to focus on or avoid, but I have not tested or researched much on those. Multiple B vitamins affect hormone homeostasis, but minerals are most of the core of this transformation. Vitamin A seems really important for increasing the amount of change that happens and E prevents toxicity especially for copper and estrogen, and seems to improve the metabolism of phytoestrogens.

Obviously, take my information as advice at your own risk. And I'm still not satisfied with my changes yet so no photo evidence for now.

Ungrowing Mentally?

I feel my mental age sliding lower, especially right now. Kid themed and silly stuff like sound effects makes me feel excited in a somewhat unfamiliar way and it makes me want to do kid things more. I feel like my life is narrowing into complete dependency. I wanna play more too. I can still handle being alone I guess. I feel like these mental changes are reinforced very quickly and my old perrsonality basically disappeared.

Do I have a Virus?

I am having a lot of issues with the browser recently. Mostly I will get forced into a new window instead of a new tab. Also, clicking on the tabs can fail to switch to them. I also seem to have issues with pages showing incorrectly where there is a need to scroll horizontally and probably should not be because it does not follow the format of the webpage well.
