The bracket for my outboards fills with water due to deteriorated caulking. I don't know what was used for caulking before, but what would be the best/durable product to usee to reseal the seam between bracket and transom?
We already have enough weight with the motors and should be better ride for the bracket to have some bouyancy :)
I recently got a boat with two 2015 verado 225 outboards that have been sitting for 8 years and only have 30 hours on them. I was told there were serviced once in awhile but really never used so I wanted to do a full service on it and took FSM apart to clean. Both the high pressure fuel pump and a low pressure lift pump we're working but they look like they should be replaced. Should I just replace these? They are kind of expensive.
There was also a bit of debris and powdery residue inside the FSM reservoir so I'm cleaning that out. Any recommendations for how to clean that out what I use a solvent or anything?
Also when I change the water pump impeller I noticed that one motor had part number 33 in the link below but the other motor was missing. Boat motors ran finally tested in forward and reverse. Is it bad that this part's missing is it super important?

I had this left over from crafting something for myself and got lucky on a double perfect exalt. I can now finish with desecration but since it's not for me I don't know what would be the most universal desirable mod for selling it.
Any ideas. Or anything creative I can do with the sockets too?
Or should I just sell it with five mods throw some iron runes in there and call it a day? I just don't know what the price it out with five miles there's nothing to compare it to

I have twin 225 verados. took it out for a quick 5 min spin yesterday just got to see how it went. Started out great both fired up /, sounded great and ran them up to 4500 rpm 26 knots for a bit then when headed in, the port would just lose rpms, and go down to about 2000-2500.
Now today when flushing them out with ears on, the port fired right up but didn't pee right away. Started peeing after 30-45 secs. After a bit it got to 190f so I turned it off.
Starboard would not fire up at all and said communication error. Pic attached
It's a project boat but motors only have 30 hours however, haven't been used in years aside to fire up and do service here and there.
Honestly, I just need to take it on for full service which was the plan anyways, but wondering if anyone has any ideas on hats going on.

Anyone have with experience with these tanks? I hear good things about the current generation ones and could last many decades not problem.
This winter we are likely going to completely restore our 27 Farallon (1982 hull, pure fiberglass) remove pilot house, rip out deck and old aluminum tanks and gut to stringers. Will have two 225 Mercury outboards on an aluminum bracket/swimstep, so tons of room in the hull with its 10 foot beam.
We are considering putting in 2x 150 gallon moeller poly tanks in as forward center mass as we can, leaving a bunch of room below deck for insulated fish boxes and storage.
I know we need ~3% room for expansion on tanks and figure out how to secure them with that in mind but not sure what other considerations to have.
Also, not sure that these tanks have any baffling... prolly call Moeller and ask them directly about it. Baffling is definitely preferred with the size of tanks, but don't know how necessary.
I have a couple Mercury 225 verado 4 strokes that I can't hook up to our boat gas tank for a bit and need to buy a couple marine gas tanks. Does the marine gas tank need the bulb on the hose to help pressurize or suck the gas in or does the motor do that?
I was just going to go to Walmart and buy one or two 6 gallon scepter Neptune Marine tanks but I don't think they come with the hose and bulb

If I wanted to craft this ring for max rarity, what would be the best universal mods to shoot for? T1 res is out since it's only 81, but worth going for T1 chaos res or T2 res or anything else good.
I figure flat dmg would be best for prefixes.
Or is this not even worth crafting?
Looking at a farallon that was repowered from straight shaft to twin outboards on bracket, but shouldn't the props be opposite on this set up?

I know I need to finish my prefixes and want %% evasion. Should I desecrate slam or use desecrate for last suffix and whittle to get %% evasion then finish suffixes?
I know I know, asking value on here frowned upon but I honestly don't know if the increased presence on this is sought after for builds or Crafters on this particular scepter.
I see others in the 60 div range with the T1 spirit and another T1 but nothing with the T1 presence, except for different kinds of scepters and those are around 75 div.
Ideally I want T1/T2 Flat dmg on prefix and then rarity or anything else really.
Is it worth fracturing as is now hoping to hit the T1 flat. Then catalyze with cold or lightning and hope to hit one of those flat damages. I forget do I use the attack modifier catalyst or do I use the colder lightning one to do that?
Should I try to block with a desecrate prefix first then remove it and desecrate my suffix?
Anything else I'm missing besides whittle and chaos spam as last prefix?
My perfect exalt slam hit T1 life regen, so I'm pretty much done right?
I screwed up and accidentally desecrated the prefix instead of the suffix and that hit flat T1 energy shield so I just kept it.
I'm not gonna use these, but thought it could be good to craft on. Not an ES user so not sure it the 3 prefixes together are desired....does max mana and only T2 flat ES make it a dud?

I'm seeing others listed with the same mods for like 400 div maybe slightly better rolls. You think it's worth that much? I would like to use it as even the skill durations good for my twister build but if it's really gone for that much I might need to sell it so I can majorly upgrade all my gear with that coin.
Do I div roll this until I can hit higher numbers on all of them? I need a statistics guy to tell me how many div rolls that will likely take....lol
Looking at just doing a guaranteed mod mod like a desecration or Swift alloy. I don't know if a swift alloy is worth losing the all elemental resist or manner regeneration. I don't how valuable those mods are.
I think this one mod +5 lightning base is worth decent coin as is. Is it a popular crafter base?
