Microsoft store(MS store), Epic Games Launcher(EGL) and Rockstar Online won’t work after SRT error local reset.

A little over a week ago I got a random SRT startup error and I had to resort to doing a local reset to fix it. Ever since, I can’t log into EGL, MS store won’t download or update anything(MS store will even tell me that I have no internet connection), and rockstar games won’t even let me play RDR2 online or offline mode(something about my social club). My browser, discord, valorant, and my games on steam both online and offline work fine.

What I’ve already tried and ruled out using google:
• DNS resolution (nslookup works fine for epicgames.com, rockstargames.com)
• Basic connectivity (ping succeeds, 0% packet loss)
• TLS/port 443 handshake (Test-NetConnection succeeds on both domains)
• Windows activation (permanently activated)
• System file corruption (sfc /scannow — no violations found)
• Component store corruption (DISM /RestoreHealth — completed successfully)
• Trusted root certificates (all 42 standard certs present and valid)
• WinHTTP proxy settings (direct access, no proxy)
• System clock/timezone (correct)
• Key services (ClipSVC, Network Location Awareness, Cryptographic Services, AppXSVC — all running)
• Fresh Wi-Fi and LAN driver reinstall (Realtek RTL8922AE + RTL8125, straight from ASUS support page)
• Full Network Reset (Windows’ built-in adapter rebuild)
• Windows Update — no failed updates, fully up to date
• Built-in Network Troubleshooter — reports “no problems found”
• Tested on a brand new local Windows account — same exact failures occur, so it’s not profile-specific

Despite all this, Settings>Network & Internet still show “Not connected” on both Wi-Fi and Ethernet, even though both are fine.

I would really appreciate any help. I built this PC 7 months ago and it has been working fine up until the SRT start up error. Hopefully it isn’t a hardware issue.
