Wow, this thing is a tank! My last gasser was a Broilmaster that replaced my Weber Spirit and I thought that was overbuilt... I sold both a decade ago and have been using a Weber Slate for griddling, a Pit Boss cabinet smoker, and a Ninja Woodfire for general grilling.

The Spirit was good; the BM was great; I haven't had a chance to cook on it yet, but I let it burn in for 20-25 minutes and you can just tell that this thing is going to be an absolute beast for many years to come. I can't get over how much heat it throws off on high.

Just received these two on back-to-back days. The machining here is incredible, even beyond my Shiro Ursus.

I was a little nervous finally pulling the trigger on the Sonora because I love button locks, but they're so rarely well-executed. I would put the detent tuning right up there with Pro-Tech, but the overall action is on another level.
