2016 Honda CRV EX A/C is making this noise. Mechanic doesn't hear it/doesn't believe me that something is wrong.

Hi! I just bought this 2016 Honda CRV EX (unsure of engine - standard engine?) from a private party. On my way back after purchase I noticed that the A/C was making this noise that I never originally noticed. I took it to my mechanic who checked it out and said nothing was wrong. I pushed the issue that the noise is really loud and he said he couldn't hear it (he's a bit older) and his friend (also older) working at the shop couldn't really hear it either. I had them open up the glove box to listen where the noise is most noticeable, and he just said that "it's a honda" and that they all sound like that. I just don't believe this is true. I have a 2004 Honda CRV and it's so quiet compared to this. In the video as I hold the phone closer to under the glove box it gets much louder. I change the speed of the A/C and it gets louder with a higher setting and quieter with a lower one which you'll hear in the video as well. Any help is truly appreciated.

Help a girl with major weather anxiety pick the safest tire

Hi guys - I just got a new (used) 2016 Honda CRV EX. It needs new tires and I'm going to replace them all. I live in Southern CA, so we don't have a ton of bad weather, but I used to live in the midwest and have had multiple traumatic incidents due to driving in the weather, so even when it just rains here now, I start having panic attacks that my car won't be able to grip the road. I know that I don't "need it" but I think if I have tires that do really well with grip on slick roads, I will feel safer driving in the rain, which I would really like. If anyone has great tire suggestions for this, I would love the help. I can spend $200 per tire max.

Thank you!
