In search of lease takeover September - April

Hello, I recently accepted a job in NYC and am looking for someone to takeover my lease at my current apartment in the northwest hills. It’s 2 beds 2 baths, 1100 sq ft, pet friendly, washer and dryer, community pool and gym and is $2,250 a month. I’m targeting for someone to be able to take it over in September. I can share a video of when I first moved in and if needed share pics of its current state with what furniture I have left.

Edit: It comes with 2 parking spots

Spotted a 488 Spider (I think) and 911

Was walking in SOHO and saw these beauties. I’d take the 911 over the Spider.

Is lying about citizenship really that common?

Just had a call with a recruiter and he said first thing he needed to verify is that I’m a US citizen and don’t need sponsorship and that he’s met with lots of people the past week who said they were a citizen in their applications but once they meet they say they aren’t citizens and need sponsorship. I understand the market is pretty bad and saturated but I feel like it’s a waste of your time as well if you’re lying about your citizenship just to get an interview for a job you 100% know you can’t take or get an offer for.

How are you guys conducting market research and validating your product? I will not promote

Im currently employed and have been working on a B2B SaaS product in advertising tech in my free time and am wondering how everyone has been successful in doing market research and validating their product. I come from a technical background and while I can build, I have no experience in startups and the business side of software. I’ve enjoyed building but would rather validate the product before really sinking time and money into this. Any advice and guidance is really appreciated.
