A frustrating food not included loop

I play ONI for a while now, and I simply love this game! Bought all expansions, even knowing that I've never player any of them, and the reason is the same.

The early game is a breeze now, oxygen wise, water resource, energy... Those are not problems anymore, but food is a nightmare. In the early game, where resources are abundant, crops and critters are easy to ranch, but around the midgame, 150+ cycles, I always feel stuck on what to feed my critters... Any kind of raching feels that I'm not getting the feeling right, and around cycle 200+ my dupes have a low morale because I'm not able to feed them proper morale booster food, and the protein side is always the equation problem.

Do you guys have a solution for it? Is there a loop that I didn't found yet?

As engrenagens originais estavam perfeitas — tenho vídeo provando.

98 days without a working printer. Bambu Lab keeps sending wrong parts and recycling the same troubleshooting script. Here's my story.

I bought a Bambu Lab A1 Combo in June 2025. It's a great machine — until it isn't. [Videos on the comments]

In March 2026, mid-print, after 6+ hours into a job, the extruder started clicking and stopped extruding. I opened a support ticket. That was 98 days ago. The printer still doesn't work.

Here's what happened since then:

The problem is consistent and well-documented. The extruder clicks and skips during printing — including during flow calibration, before a single layer is printed. I have sent multiple videos showing this clearly. Each component works in isolation: hotend extrudes when fed manually, extruder feeds normally without the hotend, and in maintenance mode the full assembly extrudes normally as well. The problem only appears under actual print conditions. Together, in a real print, it fails. Every. Single. Time.

What Bambu sent me:

  • AMS Lite Filament Hub (One bought and other sent). Neither had anything to do with the problem. I tested without the AMS from the start and told them this repeatedly.
  • An extruder + gear set is now supposedly on the way (3 months in, as a "special exception").

What I had to buy out of pocket:

  • A new extruder gear set for R$180 (~$35 USD) — because the support team suggested the original gears were worn. They weren't. I sent video proof. It changed nothing.

The support experience:

Every few days, a new response would arrive asking me to upload a video of the issue — despite me having already sent multiple videos. I would receive requests to perform tests I had documented weeks earlier. At one point, after months of back-and-forth and multiple videos showing the clicking during flow calibration, I was told my problem was a first layer Z-offset issue.

I've been asked the same questions, sent the same wiki links, and done the same tests over and over. At one point I was told the agent handling my case had left the company. No handoff, no summary, just starting from scratch again.

The most telling detail: in maintenance mode, the full assembly extrudes perfectly. The failure only happens during an actual print. That's not a clogged hotend, worn gears, or a bad AMS hub — something is wrong with how the system behaves under print conditions, and no one on support has addressed that.

I've been patient. I've been cooperative. I've documented everything. And after 98 days, I'm no closer to printing than I was in March.

My questions for anyone who's been through this:

  • Has anyone had a similar extruder clicking issue on the A1/A1 Mini that was actually resolved? What was the fix?
  • Has anyone gotten Bambu to replace a unit when parts keep failing? What did it take?
  • Is there a better channel to escalate this than the ticket system?

I'm not here to trash the brand — I genuinely like the hardware. But this support process has been one of the most frustrating experiences I've had with any tech product. If anyone from Bambu Lab is reading this: ticket US260321462003, 98 days open, Brazil.

Would love to hear if others have gone through this.
