In need of wheelchair

A tumor was found in the spinal cord in my back. I had that removed the end of September. I was released the last day of September and in less than 24 hours at home on October 1 I tripped over a rug and fell and broke my ankle in three places. I am now in Wesley on grand for my recovery. Should be going home in two weeks, but I will have to have a wheelchair probably for three months because my left foot is 100% non-weight-bearing money is an issue. Thank you medical bills if anyone has any idea or maybe a wheelchair that you’re not using these contact me I’ll be calling Easter shields tomorrow and I really don’t have any other leads. Thank you very much. Appreciate it.

Mercy West Or Methodist West?

I’m currently on my sixth day in Methodist West. I think I’ve been to Mercy West before but I can’t really remember that visit. I have to say, Methodist West, I am not having a good experience at all. It’s dirty, no one
Can get ahold of housekeeping, rusty equipment. Of course there are many wonderful employees
But there are also a few showing no empathy and are borderline mean.
And I don’t even want to get started on their lack of communication with patients and each other.
What are your experiences, opinions? Don’t think I would choose this hospital again.

Every other day @25mg?

I’ve already spent $900 , so far, wasted. I just picked up my new dosage of 25 mg today. I lost 5 lbs the first month, nothing more for the next 2 months. This is the last time I can pay for this and I maxed out a credit card to do it. Soooo, my question is “ how do I make the most out of this 30 day prescription? I would like to believe
I could take this higher dosage every other day, making it last 2 months. But since it hasn’t worked yet, I feel like this is another $300 thrown into the wind on a wish and a prayer. 😫

Does not drinking 4 oz of water make a difference?

I have been just dry swallowing the pill (I never was good at following instructions) and wonder if that’s why it stopped working? Could that affect its efficiency? Maybe the water is needed for proper absorption?

9mg not working at all!

The 1st month dose work as advertised. The 2nd month at higher dose worked a little tiny bit, not much.
Now, 10 days into 3rd month at 9mg it stopped working completely. Food noise is back and screaming, I’m eating
Constantly and have gained back 3 of the precious few 8 lbs that I lost. 😞 what could be wrong?! I had to
Go without some pretty necessary stuff this month to get the $299 together. I don’t want to waste another
$299 if I’m not getting results. What should I do? 😫. TIA!
