Morality of using real aqquired trophy gear for airsoft / Paintball?
To be fair, my moral compass may be off putting to say the very least, but I come from Ukraine, and I actually see no problem in wearing real gear acquired from the battlefield for sports. By doing this, you support your military forces (since you Pay to get these most of the time), and actually give the gear a less grim purpose, plus it's a piece of history which should never be forgotten. Of course it depends on if it was captured from a live soldier or killed, but either way if you clean it properly, it should serve you well (without the dying part). But it could also depend on which piece of gear you're wearing, may it be the vest, helmet, a uniform or a patch.
What's your thoughts on this?
