First time playing monk. Was going to go WW but my group needs a healer. Is the ranged MW or the Hybrid/Fistweaver build the way to go for 3s currently?

Are these specs good at different things?

I saw a lot of Fire/WW in AWC but Murlok has frost on top and it seems Frost is preferred with Sub
