i have been doing makeup for about 4 years now and no matter how many videos i watch, products i try, tips i follow etc i still cannot escape my makeup completely separating and melting off my chin/nose/forehead. please help!!!!

this is everything i’m using atm & how i use them:

skincare/makeup prep
anua hydrating mist
naturium azelaic acid serum
naturium eye cream
refy hydrating under eye balm
the ordinary aloe serum
l’oréal spf hyaluronic acid serum + lumi glow lotion (i apply only a teeny tiny amount of the lotion mixed into the spf)
elf power grip primer (i use a little bit on forehead, cheeks, nose, chin) & dab it in

i leave the primer to set for like 2 mins before i start with any makeup

makeup
kylie cosmetics skin tint (again, i use a small amount that i can build on)
nars pot concealer (i apply this very sparingly using a small flat brush and only on dark spots/active breakouts)
lys bronzing stick
rhode cream blush
nars cream concealer (i use a tiny bit under the eyes and to clean up any bronzer/blush)
eyeshadow + mascara + brow gel while i let everything settle into the skin
charlotte tilbury powder blush
one size pink loose powder under the eyes & charlotte tilbury setting powder over face (i apply using powder puffs & use very sparingly, always making sure i dab off any excess onto my hand)
big fluffy brush to wipe off any excess powder

my newest step which i was advised to do by a makeup artist was use the hydrating mist again after i set my face. i spray a clean beauty blender and just go over my entire face

then set with the l’oréal red setting spray

Following an influx of posts about DCC alumni Reece’s recent debut as Roxie in Chicago, we have decided to create a designated megathread for the community to use in lieu of posting on the main feed.

From now on, any posts explicitly about Reece as Roxie will be removed & redirected to the megathread. We will move it to the top of the pinned posts so it’s easily accessible to all users.

Any other posts about Reece that are not related to Chicago will be allowed on the main feed under the alumni flair as usual.

Here is a place to discuss Reece’s performance as Roxie. Please follow all sub rules.

I have absolutely zero desire to be a moderator for that subreddit. I have created a very basic community & mod questionnaire and am happy to give the role to others who are willing to run r/ReeceWeaver and make it better.

Regardless of people’s opinions on her, Reece is & will always be DCC alumni, & this sub is a place where the posting of alumni is allowed. The other mods & I are currently deciding on whether this community needs a dedicated Reece megathread whilst she makes her debut as Roxie in Chicago - we will let you know in due course. I just got home from Texas to the UK so am working on an entirely different time zone to the others again, forgive me 😅

This is all just purely based off of my own gut feelings.

Potential retirements that I believe are more likely to happen:
- Kayla (I feel like she may want to retire with her rookie sisters)
- Taylor
- Allison

Potential retirements that I believe could happen but are less likely to me:
- AK (after watching AS3, I feel like she is in a much better place mentally & will stay for a 5th season - however, as she has got a form of leadership two years in a row, that could be fulfilling enough for her & she may choose to retire!)
- Brooklyn
- Trinity
- Abby (idk, I just see her wanting to move on)
- Madie (seems like she wants to pursue a proper career & three seasons with DCC is pretty solid)
- Faith (has many other exciting opportunities to take that would probably be more lucrative & closer to home, I don’t see her needing DCC in order to achieve)

Again, these are all just for fun & I actually think we may see another very small rookie class again!
