Looking for trusty butcher
Good morning everyone, (picture of attention)
Girlfriend and I have had a stressful week and weekend last week so I want to cook her a beautifully reverse seared sirloin with good amount of marbling this weekend.
Does anyone have any butchers in Auckland that never fails them? I’m looking to get a 1.5inch to 2 inch cut.
