I travel weekly for work and have tried to find the perfect answer to using the Portal on the road. In the pursuit of this I purchased a travel router a few months and began testing different hotel brands and quality of WiFi. I have found that connecting the router to the LAN plug in/ plug meant for the TV in the hotel room gives you the best WiFi possible. This is regardless of hotel brand, also the router gives you a constant signal that’s needed for streaming games. Attached is the difference in the WIFI at the current hotel I am at but I found this common across the point. I don’t know if this will be helpful for anyone but I wanted to share my findings over the last couple weeks.
