This is a comparison of my black kisslock barrel and my small Ella.

The HW is more substantial on the retail bag, and the leather is soft on both bags, but retail has much more smoosh. Outlet leather is more firm but also seems more sturdy.

Retail does not have a logo, while retail does not. Instead most of the hardware is stamped, even the clip on the ball chain says Coach.

The outlet interior is softer than the retail.
