Should I follow up on these results?

I am a 21y/o male with weird symptoms that started from stress, namely panic attacks and extreme fatigue that has almost ruined my life. I’ve seen a lot of specialist MDs and all say I am totally healthy (heart, emerg). I am of Mediterranean and eastern euro descent.

I am being assessed for sleep-disordered breathing at this time, but I’m wondering if any of my symptoms could also be somewhat attributed to iron overload? My results are as follows;

Test 1 (2026 JUL 20);
hsCRP: 0.7 (normal)
Iron plasma; 31 umol/L (high/borderline)
TIBC; 61 umol/L (normal)
TSAT: 0.51 (high/borderline)
Ferritin; 359 (high)

Test 2 (2026 AUG 10);
Ferritin; 422 (high)
A full iron panel is about to be repeated.

Iron and high cortisol/ACTH were the only abnormal findings on any of my bloods. Liver and kidneys normal as well.

Could this be UARS?

Background; snoring for years, not overweight but neck is large from sports + small(er) lower jaw + hard to breathe from nose + tongue tie. Waking up with headaches and started having panic attacks so saw sleep specialist, highly likely I have some form of sleep-disordered breathing. Waiting for sleep study results to come back.

Trying my dads emergency AirSense 10 (APAP) for a night; min pressure 4 max 10. Is this flow rate normal? Or does it indicate UARS? Chat is telling me my breathing is limited, then I compensate with a micro arousal, followed by a breathing pause. I have many of these throughout the night, but only AHI of 2. Have a few obstructive apneas as well.

Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

Anxious about being too calm?

Long story short; I’m pretty sure I just healed from 4 long months of what felt like a constant panic attack. 3 days ago, it felt like my physical panic totally switched of after a weird ringing in my ear (happened the first time I beat panic disorder a few years back). Only issue is now; I’m giving myself anxiety over feeling too calm.

Has anyone else experienced this? I finally feel like I’m not floating out of body/ constant DPDR/ a pounding heart, but I’m giving myself anxiety because I feel too calm. I’m convincing myself again that something must be wrong with me because my heart isn’t beating hard against my chest, and that I’m not constantly reaching a panic from every little sensation. It’s almost like the unfamiliarity is making me anxious.

Any advice or experience would be very helpful

Not sure about symptoms

Long story short; 3 months ago I took modafinil, had a horrible panic attack (hadn’t had one in years). I have now been regularly dealing with panic attacks (almost daily, usually start after first meal), weird fatigue that almost feels like a flu on some days, ringing ears, dizziness, and find it very hard to exercise.

My symptoms get 10x worse when I eat pizza/lasagna (think it’s the cheese) and movie theatre popcorn. Other than that it’s just at a bad baseline. I’ve had an EKG, bloodwork for everything under the sun (including ANA), and testing for POTS/ Orthostatic hypotension and all came back normal.

Is there any way histamine intolerance can be causing this? I have no idea what else to blame this on.
