How do I get a job as an entry level analog design engineer?
Can’t seem to find any positions. The few I found didn’t even shortlist me for an interview.

Hey all.
I am working on some personal project. I wish to design and test a folded cascode amp and use it for an LDO too.
I want to come up with some specifications for my OP Amp.
I want to set a certain gain, slew rate for output and power consumption. How can I decide what values should be a good target spec?
Say I set the gain target to be 60dB (which is modest for a folded cascode amp). Now how do I know whether it is attainable and I am not being limited by the technology itself. There is only so many tuning knobs that I could turn. At what point do I know I have squeezed the maximum performance out of that technology.
Also, how can I come up with reasonable specs for my project circuits (if I don’t have a customer setting the specs for me).
I understand that this is a very open ended question with no definite answer, but any advice from experienced designers would be appreciated!
I am using GPDK045 1v transistors. (If that helps)
Hey all!
I have a G14 4070.
It used to work fine, but i have had this same black screen issue before once. At that time, since it was in warranty, Asus fixed it for free. I believe they replaced the screen and formatted the SSD.
This time, whenever I turn on the laptop, the keyboard lights up (gradually with the backlight brightness increasing in 3 levels).
Nothing else happens. I am having a bad taste with this laptop now. I really want to love it, but it just down feel reliable.
Anyhow, has anyone faced the same problem and got it fixed somehow?
Things I have tried:
Hardware reset by holding down the power button for 40 sec, 1 min and 2 min both on charging and on battery
Let it completely discharge and then retry again.
Nothing seems to work yet!
Any help is appreciated!
