JLL Realty, a real estate broker with several retail properties in Atlanta, is owed $363,399 for unpaid rent, according to the documents in Cole’s bankruptcy case. She also owes $250,000 to CIH Group, a small investment management company based in Atlanta.
Smaller, double- and triple-digit sums are owed to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, Dentistry for Children, Henry County EMS and roadway toll authorities in Georgia and Ohio.
