This is my first day using this app , i successfully managed to collect 738 points and i wanted to cashout in the form of a 5 pounds in paypal , however whenever i press the 'Claim Reward' button shown nothing happens at all (it goes grey for a moment then goes back to being colored) , has anyone gotten an issue like this and found a fix for it?
So i got into this app a week ago , i grinded surveys till i got 12 days ago and decided to cashout on paypal , its been 5 days now and i still got nothing more than the (cashout is being processed) , i submitted a support ticket 2 days ago but still no answer , should i just move on from this survey app or will they eventually pay me out?
EDIT : after posting a 1 star google review they replied to me in google play saying to email them again which i did , they still gave me the silent treatment without a single reply beyond the automated one , what a waste of time ig
