Whenever raspberries are on sale I like making these. Standard PB on white bread, usually raspberry jelly but I was out and used strawberry, and as many fresh raspberries as I can smoosh on. The mushier ones give it a sour kick, especially after a couple hours in the work fridge when all the flavors mingle. I do this with blueberries sometimes too but they retain their shape better and it’s not as good.

The cheese was grilled, not the sandwich. Made with Paneer Indian Style Cheese from Trader Joe's, with turkey bacon, mayo, mustard, tomatoes, lettuce, and toasted Franz bread.
