Hey everyone, we're looking to add a few people to our remote team.

We're in the real estate finance space and work with investors, contractors, brokers, and other professionals who may need funding for real estate projects.

The role:

• Remote / work from home
• Full-time, around 40–50 hours/week
• Primarily outbound calls and prospecting
• Contact contractors, investors, brokers, CPAs, etc.
• Ask a few qualifying questions and pass interested prospects to our senior team
• Training, scripts, and guidance are provided
• GoHighLevel dialer provided

Who we're looking for:

• Comfortable speaking English on the phone
• Reliable and able to commit to a full-time schedule
• Willing to make a high volume of calls
• Previous cold calling, appointment setting, or sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Good internet connection, computer, and quiet workspace

Compensation:
The initial probationary period is commission-based. You receive 3% of company revenue from deals you directly source that close and fund.

There is a path to move into a Loan Officer role based on performance, with a different compensation structure that can include base salary + commission.

We're looking for people interested in building something long-term rather than just a short-term side gig.

We’re currently looking for someone to join our team as a remote Appointment Setter.

The role involves outbound calling and reaching out to people in the U.S. real estate industry to identify potential financing needs.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to real estate investors, contractors, brokers, and other industry professionals
• Ask basic questions to determine whether there may be a financing opportunity
• Schedule or introduce qualified prospects to our senior team
• Keep prospect information organized and updated
• Follow up with prospects when needed

You’ll be provided with a calling script and guidance on the process. The position involves a significant amount of phone outreach, so being comfortable speaking with people you haven’t contacted before is important.

Requirements:

• Good spoken and written English
• Comfortable making outbound calls
• Reliable internet and computer
• Quiet workspace
• Able to work independently and consistently
• Previous sales, appointment-setting, or cold-calling experience is helpful but not required

Compensation:

The initial probationary period is commission-based. There is no guaranteed salary or stipend during this period. Commission is paid on qualifying deals that originate from your outreach and close.

After the probationary period, there may be an opportunity to move into a different role and compensation structure based on performance.

This is a long-term position for someone who is comfortable with outbound sales work and interested in learning about real estate finance.
