Is there a way to create a reusable template for my song edits?

here's an exact example of what I'd like to replicate.

This guy has a template made with cuts to the drums of his song, and just swaps various random footage from various movies on top of it

since they're so exact and they're so many of them, I feel like he must be using a template and just changing up a bit the parts of the movie each time.

If that's so, can someone who's more skilled than me tell me how does he do this or is this maybe a capcut trick?

Getting sick to manually have to handle all orders that come, is there any way to automate orders instead?

I’ve been selling for a few months now and it’s going really well, I'm getting like 10-20 sales per day, but this month I’ve been especially swamped by orders and I’m getting tired of tracking everything by myself manually. Any way to outsource or automate that? I saw there are a few options out there but I’m wondering how do you guys handle this?

fulfillment starting to break as im scaling, what should I do?

I'm currently at around 30-40 orders/day now and honestly things are getting messier instead of smoother. when I was doing low volume everything felt manageable but now im constantly dealing with delayed orders, customers asking where their package is, bad support and random qc issues popping up and I'm sick of it.

I think I need a proper fulfillment partner to handle that mess for me so I can fully focus on marketing but I don't even know what terms to search for, who's good, and what's the best one to go with for my size?

How is your experience so far with dropshipping suppliers?

I’m getting around 5 to 10 orders a day, but my fulfillment setup is starting to annoy me right now.

I’m using AliExpress, and the issues are mainly slow, inconsistent shipping times, terrible communication, where If I get passed to a different agent, I have to explain everything again, and inconsistent QC. I'm starting to wonder, is it always like this? For anyone doing similar volume, what do you recommend that’s better than AliExpress?

I’m fine paying more if it means more stable shipping and better QC. I just don’t want to move from one bad setup to another.

Any advice and experience is appreciated!
