Any recommendations on which nail glue for gelx i should use? My nail beds are pretty flat and I want to use sculpted apres nails to give that bubble apex look

Im pretty new to gelx and my brain cant wrap around this issue: after applying your tips, what do you do? Put builder gel on top or just put polish on top? Both? None?

Also, how do you use those little sponges? I've tried dabbing nail polish on the sponge and then dab on the nail, it never sticks? I want to learn to use the little cube sponges correctly
