Is that milk? Why does the tiny human get the good stuff and not us?
Some of my favorite eats from my recent trip to Busan!
Just got back from an amazing trip to Busan and I'm still thinking about the food. Here are some of the highlights from my 10-slide food diary:
・Charcoal Grilled Eel (K-BBQ Eel): A Busan specialty! Getting it grilled fresh over charcoal was an incredible experience—so smoky, savory, and tender.
・Dwaeji Gukbap (Pork Rice Soup): An absolute must-have in Busan. It was so comforting, especially with all the chives and salted shrimp mixed in.
・Samgyeopsal (Grilled Pork Belly): Perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside.
・Korean Fusion Bistro: Visited this amazing spot that serves fusion dishes. It was such a cool, modern take on traditional Korean flavors!
・The "Korean Gin & Tonic": My Korean friend introduced me to this genius drink hack! It's basically Soju mixed with tonic water and a squeeze of lemon (or a splash of cider). Honestly, it's so refreshing and dangerous because you can't even taste the alcohol!
