Hey guys! I’m 16 and I just got my first board and I’m really eager to start learning some cool tricks. Problem is that I don’t have a whole lot of space and I don’t really have access to any skate parks or big areas skate around and get a feel for my board. Has anyone been in a similar situation? Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated.

I’m currently 17 and I’m planning on going 11x as soon as possible, but I really want to go to a specialized unit preferably the 25th in Hawaii or 11th airborne in Alaska. Could I hypothetically just keep going to the recruiters office until they have an 11x option 19 with slots open at those places?
My girlfriend went to a nail salon in Darmstadt (L.A. Nails at Luisenplatz).
The technician did not follow the requested design or color, and more seriously, he overcut around the nails to the point her nail beds started bleeding and are now in pain.
She was still charged full price.
Does this qualify as a defective service under German law, and can she demand refund or compensation? What would be the proper steps to take?
