I am having the worst experience with Oura support. My ting stopped working end of June and the chat bot helped me with a replacement (under warranty), guess what, I still haven’t received. I have discussed countless times with the support and they always keep sending a nonsensical copy-paste answer (we understand how you feel, sorry for the delay, bla bla). They keep promising it will be sent soon but I still haven’t received it. It’s been 1.5 months without my ring!!!!! I raised my concern on X and they just said ‘contact over email’. Since when did Oura service go this terrible? Not buying Oura again for sure, expected better!!
