Toob is no longer in my building or we are banned?
About two years ago, I requested fibre through Toob. They contacted City Fibre and scheduled several appointments for inspection and installation. Unfortunately, due to uncooperative residents in my building, the process was delayed repeatedly over ridiculous demands, such as cables needing to match the colour of the bricks or walls, and boxes on top of doors needing to be painted, while others refused to have the boxes installed. To cut a long story short, they recently received a letter stating that they cannot renew their old broadband service because they require fibre. They contacted Sky and City Fibre says no, same with Toob, said NO. Vodafone is no longer listed, and while some other companies are available using my postal code, the main providers are not. Is it possible that my building has been blacklisted? Or are the restrictions limited to certain streets?
Any suggestions for this matter?
