Can I resign without serving notice period if the employer is paying me only the basic salary for last 3months in Dubai. After the war I was sent to work from home for 2months with just the basic salary 1200aed from May my full salary as per contract is 3000aed. the company haven’t called me back yet while Iam still working on work from home with 1200aed can I resign from the company without notice or a reasonable notice period as the notice period in my contact is 90days
