Hi, i am considering buying a small apartment ( 20-32 m2) in Nice, ideally close to the beach or promenade. My idea would be to rent it out to students during academic year, and then use it myself as a summer base for few weeks in summer, i am in early reseeach phase, is this realisticalky doable in Nice? How difficult is property management from abroad? Make this hybrid use strategy sense financially in that area?
