Hey everyone,

I recently got hired through micro1 and started the onboarding process, but I've been stuck trying to join their Slack workspace and wanted to know if anyone else faced the same issue.

Here's what happened:

I received the onboarding email with a Slack invite link. When I clicked it, I was taken to the workspace signup page — but the page only accepts emails with the u/micro1**.ai domain**. The problem is that no one ever sent me a micro1 email or any login credentials during the onboarding process.

tried everything:

• Using the invite link directly
• Signing in with Google (my personal Gmail)
• Opening the link in different tabs and browsers

Every attempt gave me the same error: "Your email address must match one of the listed domains."

I contacted their support and they told me to log in using my micro1 email credentials — but again, I was never given those credentials in the first place.

Has anyone else gone through this? Did you eventually receive your micro1 email separately, or is this a common onboarding gap? Any tips would be appreciated!

In April, I worked over 40 hours and never received my payment. When I reached out, the project manager told me there had been some kind of "issue" and that I would only be paid in June. Okay, frustrating, but I kept going.

This month, I put in over 100 hours of work. Tonight, when I tried to log in, I was met with a suspension message. I checked my email and found a notice saying my account had been suspended — no prior warning, no explanation.

So to recap: 140+ hours of work, zero payment, and now a suspended account.

I opened a support ticket and received protocol number **8115156**, but nobody has responded. It just sits there.

I want to know: what happens to all the effort I put in? Does it just disappear? Has anyone gone through something similar and actually managed to resolve it? Any advice would be appreciated, because at this point I have no idea what to do.
