Friendship boundaries for a long term relationship with Demi partner

Hello, demisexual community.

My bf (21) is demisexual and we’ve been dating for 3 years now (I am also 21). It’s been great and still is great. But, recently, I’ve connected him and my close online friend (who is also a high functioning autistic, like him), and they get along great.

My bf doesn’t have friends unfortunately. He could really use them but he’s anti social and is comfortable with his lack of community. But he enjoys the company of my online friend, so I’m seeing friendship potential past “friend of my gf.” Anyway, point is I’ve never had to set friendship boundaries before.

What are some boundaries I should set? Should I be worried? What are your guys experiences with being in a long term relationship and having friendships?

All advice is welcome. Thanks.

Embarrassed when wanting to be satisfied

So me (F20) and my boyfriend (20) have been together for nearly three years now and our sex life is wonderful. We have great sex, and that’s usually because he makes sure I’m enjoying it every step of the way. But sometimes he gets too excited and jumps the gun, like coming too soon or no fore play beforehand which isn’t too often but when it does happen, I find it hard to tell him I want to be satisfied before or after sex.

I can’t help but feel embarrassed to the point I don’t try to ask because if I do, I’ll end up crying and that’s even more embarrassing. But then he can see it on my face and he starts feeling guilty for not tending to me first.

It’s hard because I don’t want him to feel guilty, I don’t expect him to read my mind. And it’s been almost three years, so it’s frustrating that I still have this issue with him. I don’t really understand it myself. My boyfriend has never made fun of me for liking what I like, and has always encouraged me and reminded me that he loves making me feel good but even after all of that, I can’t get over this embarrassment, sense of humiliation, and shame.

Any advice on how we could get past this or work on this? It’s probably important to mention that he is my first boyfriend (we are each other’s firsts).
