[Hiring] Looking for Full-Body Commission of a D&D Warforged Character [Budget: $100–150]

Hello! My brother’s birthday is towards the end of October, and I’m looking to get a full-body, fully colored commission of his D&D character as a birthday gift!

I’d love something with a dynamic pose. A detailed background isn’t necessary, mainly just focusing on his character- though I would like a block of color or something simple behind the character so it isn’t just a plain white background. My goal is to be able to print the artwork and frame it for him to hang on his wall.

His character is a Warforged, so I know he’s somewhat mech/robot adjacent and isn’t necessarily something every artist is comfortable drawing. Because of that, I’d preferably like to see some examples of your past work with Warforged, mech/robot characters, or full suits of armor so I can get an idea of how you handle that kind of character. I figured it would be easier to just put out a commission request and see who’s interested!

I’ve attached his reference sheet, and I do have some additional references I can provide to the artist. I just don’t want to post those publicly since they’re artwork from other artists.

Thanks :)

Mortgage Application

I'm a Navy Federal member through my brother, who served in the Marines. My boyfriend and I are buying our first home together, and I want him to be a co-borrower on the mortgage.

The issue is that we don't currently live together, and as far as we know, he doesn't have his own military affiliation or eligible family member. We would be using the mortgage to buy the house that we'd then move into together.

I know Navy Federal's website says that additional non-member borrowers must become members as a condition of loan approval, but I'm confused about how that works in our situation.

Has anyone been through something similar? Were you able to have your non-member partner become eligible during the mortgage process, or did you end up having to use a different lender? I'm not looking for loopholes- just trying to understand how Navy Federal handles this scenario.
