I think I accidentally stumbled upon a hack to manage PMS

I have struggled with PMS for a long time. Bad decisions, mood swings with terrible munching starting 10 days before my periods. I started taking psyllium husk exactly 10 days before my periods as recommended by my endo since I have mild constipation due to hypothyroidism and not for managing PMS.I didn't notice any drastic bowel changes during these 10 days guessing it's too early to tell as my body needs to adjust with it.But I just had the smoothest, calmest PMS I have ever had in my lifetime! Mind you the under currents of mood swings were there they just didn't get hold of me that bad.I want to know if anyone else noticed anything similar or it is just a fluke. Is this something to do with estrogen clearance?

Prolactin and hairfall

My endo put me on 0.25 mg of Cabergoline twice a week. Then moved to once a week where my prolactin levels dropped. Do low prolactin and high prolactin levels both cause hairfall? I read it has some link with DHT, but I have been experiencing hairfall because of that. Also my TSH is in normal range of 3.02.

Femilon

Any ladies care to share your experience with femilon? I want to know your experience and how does it differ from your experience with other birth control pills (Diane, Yaz).

Prescribed femilon- with hashimoto

I am 36 F and have had hypothyroidism. I have been prescribed femilon for my newly visible cysts in ultrasound. I have been battling hypothyroidism and PCOS for 18 years now and have been on and off on different medications so my body is used to all the usual (inositol, metformin, inositol, diane, yaz).

I don't have any experience with femilon. Does anyone have any experience with this BC please let me know what to expect.

Desogestrel with hypothyroidism

So, I am 36F and have had hypothyroidism for 16 years. With some blood tests and titration for past few months, my current dose is 112.5 mcg and the TSH is currently 3.09.I also have PMOS but have been on and off of hormonal pills for past 16 years. I have been recently prescribed femilon and this combination (desogestrel)is my first time. I was wondering what I should be bracing myself for.

I also take atorvastatin (10 mg) for dyslipidemia.

Annabelle and Alyona

I think Annabelle and Alyona are one of the most strategic cooks in the competition. Talent aside, both of them rise to the task at hand and deliver. Definitely want to see more of their cooking!

Don't have a solid friend base to feel a sense of belonging and community.

This seems to be a recurring case in my life. I am 36 F here and I have 3-4 friends I can count on. I have got several opportunities in life where I could make friends or acquaintances from different milestones of my life but nobody sticks. It seems I have burned those bridges.I see neurotypical people going back and visiting these friends they have made and I feel like a loner. I am not sure what to do. Does anybody else with cptsd feel the same?
