Hi everyone, for starters I'm 18 y.o and I'm going to college in July. I am 172cm and I weigh like 85kgs right now. Since 11th grade, preparing for competitive exams and college has totally ruined my health and I gained 10kgs (I got diagnosed with pcos as well).
I atleast want to hit 70kgs by the end of this year.
I'm not exactly new to weight loss and after a lot of trial and error I found out I like to eat 1800cal a day. I just really need your advice on how to actually lose the weight and fat for good <33
