Customers.... why? 😩

I was in a pick run and a lady from the other end of the aisle I was leaving stopped me and asked where body wash was. I told her I need to check to make sure on my app. (We're in a remodel and stuff is moving frequently) She says, "no problem." I find it and tell her the aisle. I look at her. She's looking intently at her phone ignoring me. I wait a few moments while staring at her. She finally looks up and says, "where did you say it was?" I repeat it, annoyed, then walk away. Why do customers act like this? 😡 So rude! You can't wait 10-15 seconds for me to give you an answer without needing to be on your phone?

GMD picking- 2 labels per tote update

My coach got an emergency call from market today. They are making a change to GMD runs starting tomorrow (at least at my store) for us to try and make GMD pick runs bigger. There will be a and b labels on the same tote. (ie: 1a, 1b, 2a, 2b, etc.) Pickers have to bag and place the sticker on the bag immediately when picked to keep orders separated in the tote. This is gonna be a nightmare for a while. I know many of our associates won't get it right. 😩 Are any other stores doing this already?

Grooming injury? Thoughts?

Need advice. Please help! My dog got a bath and brush with furminator at Petsmart yesterday and he came back with this on his lower belly close to his back legs. I called to ask about it today and the person who groomed him isn't there, but the girl I talked to said it sounds like a razor burn possibly by the description I gave her. This has never happened before and we've brought him there for years. This is only the 2nd time this groomer has done my dog though. Our favorite one sadly left because they weren't giving her hours. 😡 Can any groomers confirm that this is razor burn or if this can be normal or if I should be concerned about this groomer taking my dog in the future? Thanks!

Rant: Cutting hours but...

My store has been cutting hours like everyone else's here and there, but what irks me about it is today they threw away pallets and pallets of mums that just came in last week. We had over 500 on hand and they threw them all in the trash. They weren't dying or dead.

($4.95x572=$2,831.40)

Sometimes this store/company makes me sick. It doesn't seem right to just trash perfectly good plants. Why couldn't they go donate them to a care center of some kind or give them to customers or even associates?
