I need something quick for work, doesn’t have to be in great shape just decent tires and rideable. Willing to pay up to £50 if in good condition… got a low budget and I can’t get logged into my gumtree to message 😂
Wondering if any lifelong insomniacs on here have found consistent relief by cutting out caffeine? I’ve cut back a bit, but still feel I must have a strong morning coffee.. I try to have zero after 1 pm now but often give in to a second cup as well around noon.
I suppose I’m hoping that if I hear some encouraging testimony from those having kicked the caffeine habit, I’ll be motivated enough to really follow through.
