If a person who owns one of these properties and wants to move to a new state- the transition will be easy-peasy- no cost. Lobbying will be outlawed- replaced by live-stream pitch that anyone can make about a pending law or current law- saved forever and sent to right committees. At 59 with a sleep disorder and a job that men and women half my age could not keep up with because of the physical/mental demands- has taken away my energy to read.
