Charter goes down many times a day.

I seem to recall it going down in the summer many times last year as well. Is this due to the heat? It wouldn't bother me so much if charter hadn't been increasing my bill over the last few years from 35 to now 65 dollars per month for a fairly crappy service. Really wish I could get fibre from AT&T or Astound but it is not available in my part of town. Bummer.
